DMCA & Copyright Takedown Policy
Manhwa Sex respects the rights of authors, artists and publishers. If you believe material shown on this site infringes your copyright, you can ask us to remove it using the steps below.
How Manhwa Sex works
Manhwa Sex does not create or upload the series it displays. Titles, descriptions, covers and chapter images are retrieved from third-party sources and shown in our reader. When a rights holder tells us that something should not be shown, we act on it.
How to send a takedown notice
Email your notice to [email protected]. To be valid under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)), the notice must include all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or of a person authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
- A description of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
- The exact web address (URL) of each page on Manhwa Sex that shows the material, so we can find it quickly.
- Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act for the owner.
Notices that leave out these details may be delayed while we ask for more information.
What happens next
We review complete notices and respond within 48 to 72 hours. If the notice is valid, we remove or disable access to the material identified in it and tell you once that is done.
Counter-notice
If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you can send a counter-notice to the same address. It should identify the removed material and where it appeared, include a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake, and give your contact details and your signature.
Repeat infringers and false claims
We may restrict users who repeatedly infringe copyright. Please also note that knowingly sending a false notice can carry legal consequences, so only submit a notice if you are the rights holder or are authorised to act for them.
